Southern Cross is designed to accommodate international residents with TRC and Certificate of Employment. Lease agreements are available in English, our team is bilingual, and we assist with temporary residence registration as required by local regulations.

The pet policy varies by floor and unit. We recommend checking directly with our sales team to identify pet-friendly units - generally small pets are accepted with an additional security deposit.
